Use this option if you want to remove your personal and other data from our store. Keep in mind that this process will delete your account, so you will no longer be able to access or use it anymore.
Returns policy
You can return purchased items within 14 days from when your order is delivered. To return a product, please first contact us at customercare@jaaf.com, providing your order number and listing the items you would like to return. We will send you a free return label, which you can use to return your products.
For a return to be accepted, the products shall be in their original condition, not bearing the sign of usage and with all their tags intact. Please also fill in and include in the package our return form.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items through the original payment method.
Please note that JAAF cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.
Returns from outside the EU
JAAF pays customs duties for the shipments sent to customers outside the EU. However, if products from outside the EU are returned to us, the refund to the customer will be reduced by the amount of customs duties paid by JAAF for the original shipment. The above does not apply to returns from the USA with a total order value of less than 800 USD, as those orders do not incur customs duties. Therefore, those refunds will not be reduced.
EXCHANGES
We can only offer exchanges for a different size within the same model and colour. If you would like to exchange a given product for a different size, please contact us at customercare@jaaf.com and inform us which size you are interested in. We will inform you if the item is available and hold it for you. At this point, please return your original purchase, and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship the item in the size of your choice to your original address.
If you are interested in exchanging your purchase for a different model, please place a new order at www.jaaf.com and return the unwanted products.
